Positive and Negative Motivators.

Postive motivationSo what motivates you?

We all need to earn money so most people are motivated to earn money through traditional employment.

But, for some, there comes a a time when being employed just doesn’t cut it anymore.  Actually I think for most people that’s the case.

The problem is, most people won’t change direction even when they are fed up with intolerable circumstances.

Then there are people who see a way to make things even better and go for it because they say something really positive that motivates them to take action.

Negative motivation can be just as powerful as positive motivation, if not more.  It’s the day you decide!

The day you say “I’ve had enough!”  No more working with people that are just plain awful, no more crappy paycheck.  No more long travel and expense to get to work and never spend time at home.  No more nasty bosses or other types of people that cause you grief on a daily basis.  “I’ve had it”  you say!

My everlasting question is why are there so many people in bad situations that do nothing to change it?

I think people stay in a negative comfort zone because their believe that they can do no better is stronger than the belief that they can do much better.  When in fact, anybody can do anything, and it’s all in the mind.

Nothing is physically stopping anybody from making positive change except heir own personal thoughts.

If you are a mean nasty person you can place bets that others will be motivated to get away from you and your tyranny!

Positive motivation can open the mind for people who don’t even know that they they are looking for something until it falls right under their nose!
They may be comfortable with work and life, then somebody talks to them about a thing, which can open up a whole stream of possibilities that was never conceived by them before.

There are endless ways to motivate people!

People read books and listen to audios on how to do something, how to make change, and how to apply concepts and principals, because they want to create a better life for themselves and their families.

There are books on how to do anything, and people don’t read them.  Some do.  The people that do are using these positive motivators make the changes in their lives for the better.

For me, I am embracing both the positive and the negative.  I see the negative as a way to promote myself to higher levels of satisfaction, and the positive to learn how and do.
